Summary
- BLEACH creator Tite Kubo designed a new character for a limited-edition Hypebeast capsule.
- The two-piece capsule pairs a black graphic tee with a black six-panel ball cap.
- Both pieces are made in Korea, in limited quantities, and dropped exclusively on HBX.
Tite Kubo, the creator of BLEACH, is a cover star of Hypebeast Magazine Issue 38: The Juice Issue — and he marked the occasion by designing a brand-new character for a limited-edition Hypebeast capsule. It is a rare case of a manga legend drawing directly for a streetwear drop.
The capsule is deliberately tight: just two pieces. The Hypebeast x TITE KUBO Graphic T-Shirt comes in black, in 100% cotton with a semi-oversized fit, while the Graphic Ball Cap is a black six-panel with a curved brim. Both are made in Korea and produced in limited quantities, keeping the drop closer to a collector’s item than a mass release.
The timing fits BLEACH’s scale: the series ran for 15 years across 686 chapters and has sold more than 130 million copies. For fans, a new Kubo character on a tee and cap is the kind of crossover that rarely happens — and with HBX as the only stockist, it will not sit around.
